Do you provide benchmarking?
TruthPoint provides 3 forms of benchmarking for individuals, teams, departments, care areas and improvement initiatives: performance compared to an internal peer group, historical benchmarking (compared to prior performance) and benchmarking compared to target performance standards. External benchmarking with other organizations is best accomplished through CAHPS.
